Develop and be consistent with a home exercise program because physical therapy tends to be a modality that is effective for most pain pathologies.
I’ve wanted to become a physician since I was a small child. As I grew up, I also developed a passion for aviation, so I decided to become an airline pilot. A few years into my aviation career, I felt that I still needed to fulfill my dream of becoming a physician, so I decided to pursue medicine.
Trust. Coming up with an individualized effective plan through shared decision-making that involves both doctor and patient requires mutual trust.
