David Cassagnol is a double board-certified physician in both anesthesiology and pain medicine. He earned his medical degree at Weill Cornell Medical College and completed his residency in anesthesiology at Columbia University – New York-Presbyterian Hospital. He then sub-specialized in interventional pain medicine at the University of Chicago, where he trained extensively in advanced minimally invasive procedures.
Dr. Cassagnol's management of chronic pain includes a multidisciplinary approach with the most up-to-date interventional techniques, regenerative modalities, and integrative medicine such as acupuncture and physical therapy. His previous career as an airline pilot honed both his precision skills and his attention to safety. Focused on treatments that naturally heal tissue and restore function, he pursued additional training in regenerative medicine, giving his patients treatment options that go beyond the typical standard of care.
Dr. Cass grew up in Haiti but has spent the greater part of his adult life in New York City. Outside the clinic, he enjoys cooking, exercising, traveling, and remains an avid aviation enthusiast.

I've wanted to become a physician since I was a small child. As I grew up, I also developed a passion for aviation, so I decided to become an airline pilot. A few years into my aviation career, I felt that I still needed to fulfill my dream of becoming a physician, so I decided to pursue medicine.
